Darrell – field tech
Darrell was born in Brush Colo. in 1969. In 1979 he moved to the Florida Keys where he grew up. He picked up the family trade of carpentry and continued to make a living at it until May of 99 when he had a penetrating injury to his right eye. August of 2000, he hired on to a telecommunications company in Taos.
After 4 years and 2 employers, he came to work for Taos Mountain Electronics as the telephone specialist. May of 2006 He received his Low voltage Journeyman’s certification. September of 2006 he became a CEDIA certified Level II installer. July of 2007 He was promoted to Field Supervisor and handles the day to day operation of running the TME tech crew.
Currently Darrell lives in Llano Quemado with his wife of 12 years and 5 children. They raise turkeys for Thanksgiving, have a flock of layer chickens and love tending their garden in summer months. In his free time he enjoys playing online poker and spending time at the local Hot Springs.
